Today’s marketplace is not always a “values-friendly” environment. Business leaders Lisa Troyer and Dawn Yoder show you that you can live and thrive in a “valueless” workplace when you live by biblical values and principles.
Real Women Leading: With Proverbs 31 Values is a must-have leadership resource for today’s Christian woman. Written by women in the marketplace, Real Women cultivates biblical truth, credible relationship development, and practical application into everyday life through ten foundational principles. Once women embrace these ten principles, they will soon discover the multiple attributes of the Proverbs 31 woman in today’s marketplace and learn practical ways to implement the wisdom from that timeless Scripture passage.
Women will be encouraged to develop their God-given gifts and talents in the marketplace as they live out the principles that invite others to embrace the equality-inspiring values they live by. Knowing that we are not the end users of the gospel message, the Proverbs 31 leader will find the initiative to inspire the upcoming generation to view womanhood as a gift and continue the learning process that will impact generations to come.

“They get it! Lisa and Dawn show believing women how to integrate their faith and influence into their real lives.”
– Linda Evans Shepherd, author of Experiencing God’s Presence: Learning to Listen While You Pray
“They reach out to us across the centuries. They breathe life lessons into our weary souls. Just as a sovereign God transformed their lives, their stories ignite transformation in ours. These women of the Bible—our sisters—still ‘walk beside us.’ Join Lisa and Dawn as they invite us into a dialogue, a relationship, a life-changing odyssey with these special women. Leaders, in a time when women were not, we can learn valuable lessons from their lives. A must-read for every woman trying to balance and juggle the demands of a hectic life, trying to seek the heart of God, and trying to become the woman, the leader, He created her to be.”
– Dr. Cynthia Fantasia, Grace Chapel; Lexington, MA
“Lisa and Dawn have offered a fresh tool to the entire kingdom of God. The word pictures (i.e., damp matches) and suggestions for leadership are extremely valuable, regardless of gender, and the insights from the Word with practical applications cross over into a variety of leadership arenas. I am grateful for how this resource will impact the effectiveness of our leaders.”
– Brenda Mason Young, Cornerstone Church; director, Clear Blue Global Water Project
